the air conditioner was basically non-existent, and it only cooled my room by 1 degree. the lift? oh, a legendary, painfully slow experience. not to mention, i expected at least a complimentary gesture upon arrival, but clearly they reserve that for special guests. i almost wrote a good review, but i just couldn’t, 1-star missing!

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the train station and an easy walk to the city center. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay much more enjoyable.
The elevator was quite small and sometimes took a while to get down.

The breakfast was good and well serviced, providing a great start to the day! The room, despite being cramped, was well appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the convenience of having a lovely little couch in the room for extra comfort.
The lift was out of order when checking out, which caused some inconvenience.

The room we had was really nice with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a coffee machine. It was spacious with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom that had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Super close to the lake and old town, we loved the spa bath facilities too.
